A.K. Toney, mastering his skills of poetry while playing percussion instruments has redefining himself into the Griot. With the influence of Jazz rhythm and African Tradition through the medium of poetry, Toney brings the true core values from the Griot which are, “Sing and play songs. Love the people. Reverend Bruce D. Points, Sr. is a Christian minister and author based in Philadelphia who previously served as the pastor of Heard AME Church in Roselle, New Jersey. Beyond his pastoral and literary work, he actively supports regional communities through officiating services and serving on the board of the social services organization Bethanna.

Dr. David S. Points is a multifaceted attorney, educator, and former Michigan State Representative who has dedicated his career to public service, law, and academia. A retired U.S. Naval Reserve Lieutenant Commander, he holds a Ph.D. and an Education Specialist degree from Wayne State University, alongside his J.D. and LL.M. legal degrees. Beyond his extensive work in the justice system and classrooms, he has spent the last decade leading community broadcasting initiatives to expand educational and health programming for underserved audiences.

Dr. Michelle Dacus is an experienced communications professional and business owner specializing in executive leadership and development communications for government, educational, and non-profit agencies. She holds a doctorate in Rhetoric, Communications, and Information Design from Clemson University and has a diverse background as a marketing analyst and university educator.

MontiLee Stormer is a troublemaker, writing acts of mayhem and despair for her own selfish pleasure. Her interests wander from abnormal psychology and serial killers, to lost loves and the storied Paradise Valley of Detroit. MontiLee has found herself published in strange and wonderful places like The Sinister Bedfellows Anthology, Black Ink Horror, Murky Depths, and Necrotic Tissue, and The Daily Nightmare series, Quick Shivers. She’s an active member of GLAHW, contributing to their annual charity anthology Erie Tales every year, and Supporting Member of HWA. MontiLee employs a ‘well-compensated’ sniper to keep the growing but disturbingly dedicated legion of fanboys at bay. She lives in the Metro Detroit Area with her husband, two cats, and several knitting projects which keep her safely off the streets.
